A Leaning Managment Tool to educate the population on hypertension
Why is important to educate?
Hypertension is known as the "silent killer". This is due to the fact that, based on the Ministry of Health, most persons with the ailment are not aware of it. It is therefore imperative that persons are made aware not only of symptoms but the definition of the non-communicable disease and other factors surronding it.
